My boyfriend bought a car about 2-3 months back, he was promised 2 missing hubcaps to be sent to him. Never received them, he has made two trips to Springfield to follow-up. He has been going in to follow up (I have drove him 3X's), & he's been in a couple of times. 1st not ordered, then ordered, wrong thing sent, will take a couple more weeks. etc etc.. They have a car with the same type of hubcaps but have refused to give him them. Instead they just keep doing a run around. I asked him to have the manager call, was told they would, it's now several days later, &still NO Call...

I Hate Humans

This place is so frustrating. They haven't returned my call in 2 days and they said they would. They never do things they say they're going to do and when they do do something they completely screw it up. I don't recommend them! I have no idea how they have almost 5 stars, probably writing their own reviews! IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S COMMENT: I didn't call out of hours, I actually spoke with one of your employees that assured me I would be called back. He told me he couldn't help me and he had to have someone call me back which they never did. I'm smart enough to know to call while you are open.

I recently rented a car from Springfield Automotive and Andre, my sales representative, did an amazing job! He was so professional! He showed me how to work everything including how to adjust mirrors, open my gas cap, etc. This place is amazing!! I highly recommend Springfield Automotive & Rental.

Bought my van there over a year ago, every month it's a run around to get someone to call me back or even answer a phone to take my payment. They seem to have a whole new crew every few months, so I don't know if they just aren't trained enough. I've left MULTIPLE messages, please CALL ME BACK!!!
