Dishonest and Unethical. On 8 May, at 69,057 miles my Jeep Grand Cherokee's transmission failed shortly after receiving a radiator replacement from this service department. The failure was due to an improperly connected transmission coolant line during the radiator replacement as determined by MOPAR Maxcare Warranty's third party inspectors. The service department at Safford cleaned my engine bay in an effort to deceive me and MOPAR's thirds party inspectors. Don't believe me, see thee attached photos and letter. It wasn't until after three weeks when confronted with photos we took of the vehicle's engine bay at the time of failure, proving they cleaned up the high pressure spray, did Safford finally accept responsibility and admit that a technician cleaned the engine bay. To top it all off they returned my vehicle with a scratched up engine cover. Please take your business elsewhere and remember to always take photos.

Perfect example of how dealership service should be. I rolled in 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and was courteously greeted by my service advisor Justin Tae. He quickly did the paperwork, the service techs took the car and I waited in the lounge. By the way the lounge was spotless with a great coffee bar. My car was serviced right on time and Justin closed me out an I was on my way. A very pleasant experience. Thanks to the Safford team for Superior Customer Service! Keep up the great work.

Safford Dodge is THEE BEST when it comes to servicing your vehicle. Their customer service is impeccable. My service advisor, Justin communicated with me about what service I needed to take care of right away and what could wait. He didn’t push me to get any repairs done or try to over sell me on anything. As a female, this was very important to me because I feel like a lot of times, the dealership will try to nudge you into buying things that you don’t need. Amazing dealership with great customer service. The day I came in, I was interested in a truck that was unfortunately already sold. Despite that, they managed to find just the truck I was looking for in another location and helped me make the purchase. Michael OH along with the financial manager that helped me that day were very patient, kind, and hardworking people who tried everything they could to clarify any concerns I had.
