While in the past I have not always had the best experience with LabCorp this last visit was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional and their COVID procedures not only made me feel safe but they also made for a much more enjoyable visit. The ability to schedule in advance, check in from my car and come in only once team was ready for me made for a quick and easy visit. My technician Abby was great as well! Not only was she friendly, professional and thorough but she did a great job drawing my blood -didn’t hurt at all!

Very irritated with this location in Springfield VA, my mom went in to get lab work completed. I was told to leave because there was more than five people in the lobby. No one else who was with there family member was told to leave. What made me different than anyone else assisting my mom who is in a walker. No complaints if they told others to do the same thing. What made me different than others.
Friendly, professional, and, if you make an appointment in advance, in-and-out fast. Technician stuck me for a blood draw and I barely felt it. The key is to make an appointment. Do not just walk-in. The waiting area is small and was crowded the day I went. Very hard to social distance in there if you're waiting for a free technician as a walk-in.
Several times going to this location and had the best experience! The staff are very professional and courteous. Congratulations!
DO NOT GO HERE. I'd rather drive an extra distance to go to another location. Rudest front desk lady I've ever come across at an office. She clearly doesn't have empathy for anybody with a child waiting or a pregnant lady needing to sit down. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
