Food and coffee was good but....I had signed up for the a&w coffee "subscription " deal ..a free bottomless cup per transaction..the girl behind the counter didn't seem to know about it and then when she wanted to see it again on my phone, I could not get it back up on my phone.. ...Two things...a&w website and staff unaware of company deals

This is one of the better A&Ws. Food is prepared to spec, staff is friendly and welcoming and they are pleasant while being stringent with Covid rules.

I eat A&W way too often. I think this location is the only location that I consistently have good experiences at. Whoever manages this place must run a tight ship, because everyone seems to be well trained, polite, and efficient. Nothing but good to say about this location. I recently even messed up an order bad (I was distracted and totally forgot to relay a bunch of directions my wife had given me to them) and after I remembered and mentioned it to them, they said "no problem," faked a smile, and fixed all of MY mistakes. These employees deserve a raise!
I love A&W I think it's the best burger joint in Canada and this restraunt did not disappoint, staff were nice and had my uncle burger for me in no time, coffee was good to.
Bacon was kinda tasteless and Root beer seemed to be low on syrup which made it have a weak taste.
