Visited SICK on the 04/02/2021. I have had shoulder tension for a couple of years which disturbed my sleep. One visit to Darren and I have had an improved sleep after one session. Treatment in the hour session was amazing Today (05/02) I have received a rehab plan with 14 exercises to follow. I don't need to pay any further visits unless I don't see any improvement after a couple of weeks. Darren is a great guy and very knowledgeable and skilled in physiotherapy. Definitely recommend him if you have any joint or skeletal issues

I've been going to see Darren for over a year now mainly for sports massage for my legs and lower back. He's very knowledgeable and always has time to explain any aches or pains and why he is using a certain technique. Always seems to be developing his own knowledge as well so anyone that goes to see him is in good hands.

Visited Darren after suffering irritation in foot while attempting long endurance walk along Hadrian's Wall. Diagnosed tendonitis, did full sports massage and acupuncture, advised good stretching technique and not had an issue since. Great place, very friendly welcome, highly recommend it to anyone with a suspected or actual injury holding them back in some way. Thanks Darren, great job!
