Dr See is absolutely amazing!!! In all my years seeing Dr’s about my asthma and other lung issues, I have never had a doctor be so thorough and caring!!! She treated me as if, I was her only patient, taking time with me and listened to everything I had to say and addressed all my concerns. For the first time in my 59 years of life I have been able to breathe without struggling!!! I’m truly blessed to have been able to have had her as my Dr. !!!! Diana Bernal

Dr. Mantilla is the best. I would say he is brilliant, but he is too normal and down to earth to fit that mold. He is willing to think outside the box, and has helped me tremendously. His office support when I first started with him over a year ago was awful, but has improved significantly over the last few months. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mantilla.

Dr. Elmer and his staff are very helpful, however, the last two years as a patient 2017-2019, the office staff is unable to keep up with the volume of phone calls and frequently I do not receive a call back after repeated tries. On Monday, June 17, their phone system was down, so I drove 30 min. simply to have my file reviewed in order to acquire new prescriptions (something usually done over the phone). The office staff was polite and helpful, but said that a technician would review my file and get back to me sometime soon. I explained that I live 35 min. away from Spokane so she asked me to wait in the waiting area. Dr. Jeff Elmer is a fantastic doctor

I received a postcard on Nov 2nd telling me the clinical practice would be closing in 30 days, on November 22 - it was postmarked Oct 30th. Someone can't count. I was told to come down and fill out a form to get my medical records. I did. When they didn't show up, I checked their website again and found they'd changed their minds - on Nov 21st they'd decided to turn it over to a third party. It's now December 12th and no more info on records. They also said in their original postcard that they would post info on where my physician would be practicing - nothing yet! I had no problems with Dr Howard, but I wouldn't trust this organization to walk my dog!

I called to make an appointment, I had to leave a message they never got back to me so I called again and got an answer finally. :-) The receptionist said the clinic is closing in November!!! Very unprofessional to not let their patients know since I had been going there for 18 years and she was not very friendly. I am sad to hear this news now Im without a doctor! We are just numbers anymore not PAYING PATIENTS.
