Went here recently for a blood draw in the a.m. Staff were friendly and very efficient. The safety measures for Covid-19 were excellent, including self check-in station. A pleasant experience.

I love the staff here. I usually get right in and right out. I prefer this location over the one acrossed from Holy Family. The women that work here are nice, fast, and caring.

After reading the negative reviews I was skeptical about going here for a blood draw. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff was very friendly, quick to respond to me, as I was a walk in. I would recommend this place. My thoughts are that possibly people don't take the time to leave a good review but will always take a moment to complain if things are not perfect.

The 1 star reviews had me a bit scared off from going so I thought I'd share my experience with the actual office since the 1 star wasn't at all my experience (and seemed to reflect not getting call backs). The bad- i did try to call but didn't receive a call back- I think this might be because I did not encounter a receptionist at all, the office just isn't set up that way. (This is why I took 1 star off what I might have left as a 5 star rating). The good- quick, efficent, hygienic. I arrived, got into the small waiting room, was the only person, began to sign in on the computer screen, was immediately greeted by the tech who made sure I could sign into their computer system - you scan your driver's license and insurance card, verify address. I was then led back to do a very quick and efficient blood draw. The tech wore a mask, used gloves, sanitized her hands, etc. The whole process was about 15 min, possibly less. There was a little bit of kind small talk. I paid what my balance would be, and was on my way. Easy peasy! Don't let the bad reviews sway you from going in. (Side note, I went in about 11am on a wednesday).

Great, lab now closes at 4 and isn't open on weekends at all. I left work early so I could get my blood drawn only to find the door locked and lights out at 4:50. Spokane used to have a lab service that accommodated working adults and now we need one again.
