Just a normal busy city square with many tramway lines crossing. One could easily reach the central railway station from there, as well as other parts of the city - Knyazhevo district to the west, South Park, the central parts of the city and the stadium etc.

A very cool place for catching different trams
Regular public transport - a lot of trams stop there 5, 7, 8, 10. A lot of fast food and other shops. Pharmacies and banks also.
Good tram station in the centre oposit famous vitosha street and good turkish restaurant and sweet in the place.
Great place to stop by on your way to the office, there a lot of shop that provide foods and drinks to grab and go.
The station is good located, near by non-stop supermarket, which is comfortable for those who feel unsafe in the middle of the night. The place is well maintained and the last time I was there I didn't found any garbage on the ground. On the other side, there has a lot of cheap pavilions which I think are not proprietary located.
No convinion for elderly people. Sorry. The steps are very high.
It's pretty dirty. No benches for waiting transport! And it's relatively dangerous at night!
