Absolutely shocking, DO NOT USE. Taxi did not show up despite booking the day before meaning I was late for my first day at work. When I phoned to chase this up they couldn't tell me why it hadn't come as they could see it had been booked in. A week before this, I had taxi show up 20 minutes earlier than what I had booked for. They then proceeded to leave many voicemails saying they were going to leave. They didn't wait until the time it had been booked for and continued to leave meaning there was no taxi at the time I had booked for. If I needed the taxi 20 minutes earlier I would've booked it for then. Extremely unreliable, not very helpful, avoid this company at all costs.
