Let me start off with Crystal is FABULOUS and she does a fantastic job. The hair washer was very sweet as well. That’s where the good review ends. It is incredibly irritating calling to get an appointment. They do NOT return calls at all. Leave a message and never hear from them. It took me a few days for someone to even answer the phone. The front desk lady is super unpleasant and so is the lady on the phone. They will also charge your card for the appointment a week after it was completed. When I called and left a message about that guess what? No answer. Just super annoying dealing with the office side of things. I don’t want to return which sucks because Crystal is super great. I’ve come here twice now and each time the office has been a headache
