Our schools having been suing Southland for years, have not had one single problem to date.
The supervisor girl ( SUV) was parked in a handicap zone. bad, so sad.
My now-husband made the mistake of hiring white corporate shuttles from Southland for our wedding on June 29th to transport guests to the ceremony just outside Calgary (we paid quite a bit more to ensure we got the white shuttles). Not only did we not get the white shuttles we ordered (we got cheesewagons), the driver's were completely incompetent and got all of our guests stuck coming into the venue, holding up our ceremony and the rest of the evening by proxy. Our guests had to abandon the buses before the drop off point in order to get to the ceremony, which meant walking significantly farther (a difficult ask for some of our older guests). The whole thing was a complete and utter embarrassment. When my wedding coordinator reached out to the company to address these issues the manager chalked it up to having \a yellow school bus\ \stuck in her head\ and \placed on our order\ as a result. She then deflected responsibility for the driver's mistakes onto us. Terrible customer service, terrible service.
