I recently bought an AutoStacker car lift for my garage, and the manufacturer of the lift referred me to Southeastern Shop Services for the installation. Between the first on-site meeting (for the quotation) and the install date, I had installed a SwissTrax floor which turned out to be a bit of a curve ball for the team installing the lift, as they were very concerned about damaging the floor with the fork lift and other equipment. So Eli ended up coming out himself to address the issue, and after a bit of head scratching came up with a solution to get the lift installed without taking any chances with the floor. The lift ended up being installed perfectly, without a single scratch in the new floor, and throughout the process the team showed a great deal of care, caution and attention to detail. Jany in the office was very attentive to ensure that any questions or concerns would be addressed immediately. Would not hesitate to bring them back for my next project.
