It's wonderful, like a breath of fresh air, the times I have been so confused and the patience of the people!
very helpful when I mislaid cards / numbers etc , got me back on track to pay bills with a face 2 face personal service in branch.
-Inept, can't even make a simple payment -on hold for over 45 mins for a simple payment -Agent lied to me over the phone saying a task had been done, it hadn't which meant i then had to call up again only to be placed on hold for 20 mins to try and solve the issue again - Both agents were rude, patronising and would not listen Take your business elsewhere
