I started this along with my children and husband. It’s helped us all find similar goals, gain confidence and learn self defence. It’s traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu with locks, striking, ground work and throws. I’ve enjoyed gaining fitness and working through the belt grades, training at National events, making friends and attending socials. Also, it’s a not for profit, so it’s good value with genuine instructors.
