First time I have used a storage facility. Very happy with the unit and price as half price for 3 months. From telephone calls arranging the unit to arrival and doing paperwork etc 1st class. Brilliant service and friendly Staff!! The Manager (Stuart) and his team (Matt, Jamie & Alex) at Access Self Storage Southampton are truly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming every time we visit. Their service is always faultless, helpful, and efficient making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Never too busy to help they are a credit to the company. The building is easily accessible, and it is always clean. Excellent facilities and All equipment needed to move our possessions are plentiful and in good working order. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs this facility.
