We have just entered into our second year with SWP and have been very happy with our apartment. Courtney is respondent and the leasing agent Jeff is beyond amazing to work with. He is respondent, courtesy, prompt, and personable. Maintenance has always respected my apartment, belongings, and my pets. They have been prompt and fixed every issue that has arisen (and it's an old building, so its to be expected in an older building). Our unit is amazing and we can't beat the pricing of their units, especially in comparison to other comparable apartments in the upper monroe neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

Southwedge Properties is voted one of the 10 best Property Management Companies for off-site housing here at RIT in the Rochester Area. So I thought I would give them a try and reach out. I am from Utah and I really want to experience Downtown living. The response was immediate, thorough and professional, I set up a tour for this upcoming weekend to see a couple of their properties.

I've been renting from South Wedge properties for 2 years now. Courtney, the property manager for my building is incredibly responsive, and has been very accommodating and helpful. Any maintenance issues I've had are always taken care of within 8 hours! The last time I filed for a repair they were there in less than 15 minutes!! In short, I highly recommend SWP.

Reached out to Jeff regarding 2 apartments on Friday and had a response within 30 seconds and a walk through on Saturday the next day. Was punctual to the showing, professional and down to earth. Explained the approval process to the group and even handed out literature with what they look for and a business card. Their website is detailed and easy to navigate. Overall great interaction, by far the most responsive property management companies in Rochester.

Wow. Reading these reviews, two words that come up a lot are \Jeff\ and \unprofessional\. Wish I had read these before scheduling a viewing with him. I showed up 2 minutes before the agreed upon time and texted to say I was there (you cannot call Jeff for some reason. Automatic voicemail that says to text him.) He replied that he was coming down the stairs. 20 minutes later he still wasn't at the door so I left. No response to follow up texts. Must be a very long staircase. What a waste of my time.
