They were very thorough in putting the case together, though it took longer than I'd have hoped since there wasn't anything they could to do speed along the process of getting the testimonials. My only disappointment is that they didn't let me know what was going on, leaving me wondering until I called them to ask; if they'd been a bit more proactive about letting me know how things were going once in a while, I'd give them a full five stars. They looked for ways to save on costs by assigning tasks to staff who billed at lower rates when appropriate as well, which I appreciated. I would recommend this firm.
