Just picked up my car. I got 1 thing fixed and I will return for the other problem. I wanted to say that this visit was such a difference to the past. Terry is a real asset to this shop. To the manager do what you can to keep her. She made me and my daughter feel so comfortable. I would return just because of her.

I bought a 2019 Ram Rebel from SouthShore and I absolutely LOVE my truck. After around 10k miles I noticed a grinding in my front end. I knew it was the bearing. No big deal. There was a bit of back and forth at the service center and I am honestly not thrilled with my service advisor, but I made my concerns known and I hope they work on making that particular employee more honest and communicative. I want to, however, focus on the positive. The manager, Mark, listened to my concerns and worked with me to get it done right. He went out of his way to make it up to me for the trouble I had getting it done and that meant a lot. Bottom line is they got my baby back to me done the right way and Mark showed me that he cared. I would recommend this center and I will continue to brig my truck there for service.

I bought a ram last week. And LOVED everything about this place. From my sales girl Lauren. To her manager Ben all the way down to finance. I was there the last day of month so waited a little long, but that’s normal for the car business!! And on top of that my truck looked immaculate!! What a great detailing job. Could not be happier with south shore. Thanks again guys for all the hard work
