There were issues with a delay in shipping my order of chicks. After arrival, we lost quite a few. But, they were extremely helpful on the phone explaining that the issue was out of their control and they refunded the lost chicks. Thanks so much! Ordering again in the fall.

Wonderful family and great customer service. My order for my chicks came in and I couldn't make right away to pick them up and they held onto them for 4 days for me. Couldn't ask for anything more. This was my 3rd time picking up poultry from Myers poultry farm and I will not go anywhere else for my poultry needs.

Great helpful people and quality chicks. I have bought a few batches of broilers and turkeys, and they were great birds, recently I got a batch of broilers, and at no fault of the hatchery, I had significant loss, I called the hatchery more or less just to ask a few questions about shipping and the post office and ended with them offering to replace my losses. They took me at my word, when in my mind they had no obligation to, and sent me 100% of my loss, not only that but they sent me all males so I can keep my butcher date pretty close because these birds are destined to be my wedding dinner. Il continue to buy all my poultry from them.
