We visited Moonridge farm last week and collected our new hens. Lots of happy healthy birds to choose from and helpful staff to catch them for us. Found it to be very clean and well run. Highly recommend. I have uploaded a photo of our new girls, Wilma and Betty.

Great little proper farm shop. Also the best place locally for Christmas trees, always a good selection and at a good price compared to most other places.
A very lovely local farm, I keep coming back for everything, have bought beautiful health chicken, quails, and almost 100% hatching rate quails’ eggs, etc etc. They are so kind, helpful, professional and reliable with whatever they can provide. Very pleased and highly recommend!
Excellent knowledgeable staff. Helped to get everything we needed to look after the 4 chickens we bought from them. We even had our first egg the very next day!
Ordered 3 pullets (White Leghorn, Light Sussex, and Lohman Brown) for delivery and they arrived in the best condition possible. Healthy looking chickens in a clean box handled with care by the driver. It has been 3 weeks now and they settled very well with my old hen. Each has a different personality. The Leghorn’s comb has become big and red, probably will start to lay soon. Very excited :)
