South Dallas Battery has been open since 1933. They're in their 3rd gen of family workers (and it's just about time for Gen 4 to take over). Not only were they able to help us out with some parts we were having trouble locating but I enjoyed talking to the man running things now. The grandson. He had some great stories about growing up in the shop with his Granddad. And it was interesting hearing about the neighborhood and how it used to be. I liked these guys. They were able to help us out of a bind for a good price.

Took an alternator there to be repaired. They were supposed to get back to me in a couple of days. I gave him 5days and i called to be told he just needed a couple more days. I gave him another 5 days and i called to find out he still hasnt fixed it. I went to pick up my old starter to find out that they broke the casing on it and told me that they couldn't help me. What a pain in the rear this was...
Love this place been going there since I was a kid they always take care of their customer best service in North Texas the gentleman that ran the company was the best had some nice storys to tale surely his miss......
