Highly recommend this branch in Solihull to anyone buying a New Car. The sales approach was friendly, non pushy and unlike my experience when ringing around other dealers. The salesman spent time carefully explaining all the available insurance products and service plan which was available and yes I took them all. Most of all was a smooth and pleasant experience keeping me informed all the way through the journey to collecting my Car. Highly impressed with the way all paperwork was sorted out and quick and easy collection of my New Car in a pandemic. Sales Manager even came out to thank us, all be it at a socially distanced 2 metres and with a face covering. Great guys! Well done Steven Eagell Solihull I will be recommending all my family and friends.

I needed to order some touch up paint and missing clip for my Hybrid Auris. I wasn't sure of the code colour for my car or the part number for the clip. I spoke to Kath who was very helpful and helped me to track down what I needed. On my experience with many dealerships, Kath was outstanding with me considering none of the parts were really that expensive. Keep it up and pass on my thanks to Kath.

They could not fix my alarm under warranty. They do not call me back. Absolute disgrace to the Toyota brand. Incompetent \consultants\. I had to google myself it and tell them, that the alarm stores the reason why it went off. The staff is possibly underpaid , unmotivated -\u003e warning to management. Bonus: they scratched the plastic panels as they took them off, and broke a clip inside, because I hear it moving around as I open the trunk (see photo). They replaced airbags also, and after I got my car back the gaps were bigger on the dash, than they used to be, so I guess they were carelessly just forcing, bending them to come off. Oh yes, and they are sending newsletter to buy more warranty, HAHA! if this is how you treat a car under warranty I'd rather fix it myself. The entrance door has a sign, that it is automatic, but it does not work, and this is out there for weeks. Wow! This is premium Toyota feeling, welcome to our world, where we can't fix the doors, but we promise can take care of your car! (lie) Verdict: unmotivated, lazy bunch, they just caused more trouble than I had before. Update, response to the owner: if it would be true that you'd eally like the opportunity to better understand what has gone wrong on this occasion\ then you would have already contacted me, based on my real name that I use. You just make it worse faking being polite.

I recently purchased a Mercedes GLC from Steven Eagell Toyota Solihull. I don't live local to the dealership so all the transaction was done over the phone & by email. I dealt with Juned throughout the process and I cant praise him enough. From the start, very professional, he sent me multiple pictures, an in depth video of the vehicle and made the whole process very straight forward. All the paperwork was done electronically and he kept me updated on the progress where needed. Due to the present COVID situation and myself shielding he delivered my new car and collected my part exchange. When the Mercedes arrived the car was to a very high standard and just how Juned had described its condition. This was the first time I had purchased a car from Steven Eagell but it certainly wont be my last. Thanks again to Juned and all the staff at Solihull.
