Customer service is not good enough for this kind of service. I also had cars cancelling last minute with no consequences. There are better options with similar services.

Shocked and disappointed - be warned! No customer service for rental refunds. I have experienced a really bad service, and here has been no means of contacting customer service! Car owner cancelled the car booking 30mins after my payment for a rental period was transferred. And now there's no clear way for me to contact customer service to get a simple refund.

I wish I would have read the reviews about this company!! I rented a 15 year old van for 45 mins. I took the photos as indicated by them. We never left the vehicle as it was to pick something up.. NO marks on my checkout photos. 8 hours later the van owner submits a 1cm mark on the side which looks like it is from a bike. It was parked on a busy road where I collected it from. This criminal company has taken 1,100 EUROS for this. That amount considering the cars value is 3,000. Thankfully we have many lawyers and judges in our family and we will start criminal proceedings against this company. I will try and contact other people who have been conned by this company. Pathetic response from Snappcar - don't buy a word of it. They did not contact me as indicated below.

Not acceptable that you can't get back your deposit only 17 days after the last rental. You must rent another car to get back your deposit if you missed the 17days which is btw totally not clear in the service agreement...

Please, don't use this service, they keep your deposit of 250 Euros for more than a month and you have no way to te get it back. Also they dont have a customer service so it is impossible to fill a complaint
