Good food, good value, good service. Very polite. Best (evening) main course. Nice dessert. Only small shortcoming is the soft drinks. Otherwise excellent.

So, I've had Smokey Pizza before and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience with them. I ordered a Fiorentina on the 25/09 (through deliveroo). Fiorentinas have a cooked egg on top. This egg was definitely not cooked. I called up Smokey pizza that evening to let them know, and they said sorry and that they'd refund it. There was no mention of a different pizza being sent out, so I ended up cooking the pizza myself. Let's face it, if I wanted to cook pizza myself I'd save the 14 and make it from scratch myself. It's easy to see when eggs aren't cooked, so I feel this was a pretty hard mistake to make. Here we are, 2 weeks later and I've still had no refund. Why the hold up?

These guys are great. You ask, they deliver. No problems! Make the best pizzas I have eaten. Being perhaps the only burning wood oven in Southampton makes it a delight. Prices are absolutely fair to what you get. P.s. Vegan Cheese is great!

We tried Smokeys Pizza yesterday for the first time and we had a great experience. We ordered two pizza's through Deliveroo and the pizza arrived at our flat in only 25 minutes! The pizza was still hot and it tasted great. We will definitely order from Smokey's again.
