I give this place one star because of Netta she is completely rude every time I call to make my payment she needs to be professional if I pay with a different card then the card that’s on my account she has the nerve to ask me if it’s my card and who’s name is on it she even once said I should downgrade my unit or move out of my unit cause I’m always paying late fees she has poor customer service she even asked me today when I called to make my payment if I still had my job and while she had me on hold I can hear her talking to another customer so rude I’m for sure gonna make sure I tell the owner Phillip Smith about her
