If I could give a negative score, it would be minus 1 and the only reason for giving any score at all is the fact that they were actually open. As a private hospital, they have certainly got a long way to go in dealing with patients! My dog gets better treatment and service from the Veterinarian practice & specialists! If compared to airlines, its like paying for a first class ticket, but afforded budget airline service!

The staff are professional and friendly the clinic is really clean and efficient. I was having a hernia surgery and all it was done professional..I am feeling great after only 2days. Thank you very much to all staff. Best wishes. Sebastian Felician Maier.

I should have done more research before I went there. They were very communicative before/when they took my money. However, they stopped responding to my emails after the visit. The doctor was late for 30 minutes and couldn't wait to throw me out of her room. I felt extremely uncomfortable to ask questions, and she wasn't interested in giving me details anyway. The imaging results were promised to send to me a week ago, yet, I neither received the images nor got their replies to my chasing emails. The whole experience was shocking and I felt that they were only quick in taking the payment, don't care about my conditions at all!
