An elderly lady in her 80s was waiting more than 40 mins for her appointment. She kept saying she was in pain, making wimpering sounds, no-one on staff bothered. They just treated her with contempt, talking to her rudely. The unfriendly staff makes one feel criminal just for being there. Some management changes required in reception and time management of appointments. The doctors are efficient, friendly and professional.

AVOID This Hospital! From an earlier bad experience I was set to Tzanck once again by my doctor. I called the for an IRM scan, got an appointment. On the day of the appointment I arrived in good time to a building site where most information was wrong. After finally finding the IRM department they did not have any note of my appointment. After discussions they found that I had an appointment for Xray instead of IRM. As usually in France they claimed it was my fault although I had called the IRM department. If they have an administration like this I feel very afraid going there for a serious problem.

Seul centre de vaccination COVID 19 pour la commune de Mougins, Tzanck refuse de prendre en liste d'attente les patients éligibles a la vaccination au prétexte qu'il n'ont pas suffisamment de doses de vaccin. Comment alors serons prévenus lorsque des doses seront disponibles ? Est-ce un service acceptable de simplement demander aux patients de regarder très souvent sur Doctolib si des RV de vaccination se sont ouverts ? Je suis très déçu de la qualité de service de cet hôpital prive qui se veut plutôt haut de gamme. Et ce n'est pas la première fois que je le remarque, ayant eu l'occasion d'y pratiquer différents examens.

Au top je recommande fortement ! Admission efficace, prise en charge toute suite pour prendre la chambre ainsi que l’intervention. Tout le staff super sympa, du brancardier aux infirmières, aides soignantes, anesthésiste et chirurgien. Humain, a l’écoute et très réactif. Si je dois me refaire opérer, je sais où je vais aller. Un grand merci !

Hospitalisé operation. Une équipe au top. Au petit soin. Qui prend le temps pour vous réconforter, vous parler, vous, expliquer. Les médecins sont aussi très présent. Je recommande à 2000% Merci encore à l'équipe du pôle chirurgie étage 1 qui m'a épaulé.

Une honte. J’ai perdu mon papa laissé une semaine à hurler de douleur en attente au deuxième étage qu’on le soigner car deux « pontes » avaient peur pour leur notoriété Gagliardi Jean Marie le dieu insultant « mais Monsieur vous allez mourir » et Meyer égocentrique préférant ses passages Tv proche de la retraite. Aucun n’osant opérer le premier.... ah l’ego !! Mais si ma douleur s’atténue, vous n’êtes pas à l’abri d’un procès Par contre merci aux infirmières de la rea cardiaque Meghan trop humaine pour l’endroit. Papa est parti
