The instructor was very nice when I went in to find out about taking classes. Never have practice jitsu no trial class which all the other schools I contacted in the area offered at least one free class some offered up to 20 free days to try see if you'd even like it wanted 276.00 to join so basically if you didn't like the class or the school you're out 276

Sleeper Jiu Jitsu is an amazing place. The school and atmosphere of the school are second to none, Cindy is an even better Professor and the overall vibe has been a great experience. The gym is immaculate and has every amenity you would need. I actually followed Professor Cindy from a prior school in order to learn from her and her vast knowledge of the sport. I can not recommend coming here enough, everyone is friendly, it is truly a great place to train and learn and it has the feel of a family experience, not just another gym.

Cindy Hales makes everyone feel welcome and valued. When you’re tying something new, learning or just want a great workout. It means a lot that the environment is warm and open. Let alone Cindy did a magnificent job with the gym, it really is the best place to begin, practice and fine tune your skills.

Absolutely beautiful gym - I had a wonderful time dropping in at Sleeper. Professor Cindy is energetic and knowledgeable, and provides meaningful instruction in a super unintimidating way, especially for new students! Speaking of which, Cindy's students have truly internalized her attitude and talents - they were friendly and skilled training partners. I have nothing but praise for Sleeper Jiu Jitsu! Thanks so much Professor! A note for anyone reading this, the front door of sleeper is a smidge hard to find, you have to go up the stairs (inside) and to the second story! She has a video online where she introduces the facilities, check it out (did I mention how gorgeous this may space is?)!!! Bring flip flops and have an awesome time!

This is an awesome gym! Cindy is a great instructor. I was visiting from out of town and felt right at home here. Cant beat the positive vibe and great jiujitsu. I highly recommend this school..... Ossss.
