I really love Mrs. Kim, MPA. My CPAP usage has been a.... journey (allergic reactions to the silicone and straps). She makes me feel like she really cares about me and my health and has gone above and beyond to make sure I am fitted with what I need. I recommend you ask for Mrs. Kim.

Two months ago I gave them a five star review. NOT ANYMORE....I've been trying to get my prescription refilled since 1/12/2021. Have left (3) messages in my portal, (3) voicemail messages and a message through their website. I have NOT heard back from anyone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Poor customer service! Like Paula said in her review it hasn't always been this way until now.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have been completely disappointed with their service. There was a time when I really liked this practice, but it has really gone downhill. My first provider at this practice was Dr. Suleman Iqbal and he was fantastic. That was probably 6 years ago. Since that time, the practice has gone through 4 or more doctors. Once you get used to a new one, they leave and there is only one doctor for many locations. They do not have a patient portal and it is next to impossible to get your medical records from them. Please do not go here.

I had an appointment today. I was prepared for a difficult experience. To my surprise it went very well. First I had to call several times and did get a live person, each time and they were most helpful. They were professional and very helpful. I advised them if they had seen the reviews on the internet and that I was hesitant to come back. The receptionist assured me they were working on the issues that caused some of the problems people were experiencing. They have hired a scheduler and a front desk person. I think they are on the road to recovery. They are in a bigger, nicer office. I think you guys will be pleased.

Please get another referral. This place is so unorganized. I had one person over the phone tell me that I didn't have sleep apnea and to just bring in my dot forms to be filled out. Then Dr. Kim says I do have it. Getting another opinion. Also I have paid about 4 copays in the last month and half and was only seen for about five minutes or less each visit. You sit in the waiting room longer than you are seen by a doctor. Please look into this place before you get involved with them.
