I Called Slate supplies today to check if they had old tile stock for a repair I needed to do. Slate Supplies do not do Tiles however they said they would check around who would have what I needed and call me back. This is the kind of service that is not seen too often so fair play to all at Slate supplies.
Purchased our slates for our new build from Slate Supplies. We found the service great throughout and got a good price. Would recommend as a supplier.
purchased a 200yr old house 3 years ago and sourced the slates from them very helpful to us as the slates where a odd size.The only ones in Ireland who could help us.just recently we damaged a ridge starter tile for hip roof and contacted them for a replacement, they couriered it to us in county laois free of charge,there customer relations where excellent second to none and very good value.and excellent quality. would recommend them to any one.
Very poor after service, once they secured the main purchase they were not interested in supplying a second smaller order to complete the project. Only after 8 weeks and much stress on our part and numerous unanswered phone calls. There was also shortages with the intnial order and I was not happy with their ridge tiles either which they didn't offer to let me return them.
