Customer Service is Above and Beyond! I am a first time customer at Roofbase Swansea, Wayne Clarke the manager was very helpful, great advice on the phone giving me a call back and a great in store deal too. In store I could see he had loads of deliveries going out. Said i was hoping to making a start on Saterday? and Wayne shuffled things around to make sure I had my delivery by the following day Friday. Arrived home late from work Friday, noticed an items was missing so email at 09,42pm that night to say ot to worry we could sort it out next week\. At 6am Saterday morning I was in bed, heard a noise outside and it was Wayne! hand delivering the item to make sure I had it in time. No other merchant i know of in Swansea gives service like this. I am a Roofbase customer for life now!

Called in as my roofer had placed a provisional order and wanted me to check the tiles over. The guys are brilliant and helped me though the available options, the price was also very competitive. Delivery was also easy to arrange as they were super helpful working me in around a tight time frame.
Great bunch... Family feeling welcome... Highly recommended over most
