The queue is great when it comes to atmosphere and buildup. It's dark and scenic. The build up is great but the ride is a let down. The quoted time was 80 minutes and we were in line for almost two hours. You think you are towards the end but it's just room after room of more lines.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Look, you don’t give 2 stars to this ride only because you guys stood in line for 2 hours. The ride was fantastic! Very entertaining, and super enjoyable! Highly recommended to buy express tickets, it’s so worth it. It’s pricey i get it but I promise you - you don’t want to stand in those lines on your vacation.

I had a very large dislike for this ride before I saw fast and furious supercharged at there sister park, but after I have to give them credit that the ride has somewhat of a good story along with spectacular scenery. The queue in my opinion is the best part. The ride itself while basic does have some pretty cool scenes, still however doesn't match some of the other great attractions in islands of adventure. Don't bother if the wait is over 45 minutes.

One of the worst rides I’ve ever been on. Thank goodness I skipped Fast & Furious Supercharged. Besides, I hate Peter Jackson’s King Kong.

The line/queue is one of the best in all of Universal. It's creepy, atmospheric, and builds up the tension of the ride to come. The ride itself is slightly disappointing, but it has grown on me. I would've preferred it to be something more in line with Spider-Man and Transformers, but it does make full use of the 3D, dual-screen bus format. Infinitely better than Fast and Furious Supercharged which used the same ride format

The queue makes it look like it’s gonna be the scariest most insane ride ever, and then the narrator sounds like a little kid. Then the ride can only be seen if your on the sides plus it’s obviously a TV SCREEN!!!!!!!!! It’s not realistic and I don’t understand why they like televisions so much but come on, make a real ride. We got enough simulators. The ending and beginning were the only good parts, but don’t wait more than 40 minutes for it.

The ride itself was a huge disappointment. The set and landscape behind set is AMAZING the queue line was also really cool. More interesting than the ride. Ride was very short and rushed. Waited 55 minutes and would say 15 minutes is about all I'd wait. 4 people in my group and we all felt very let down after this ride. Universal dropped the ball with this one and in my mind this should be their show stopper

We waited an 1hr 20mins! Not worth the wait. If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes, don't ride it. The queue was the best part about the ride. I guess the people that like the ride, didn't have anything to compare it to. KONGfrontation was way better. This ride was mostly 3D screen. The animatronic at the end was very realistic. That is all this ride can offer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
