I have been fortunate to stumble across Skepp while looking for an office space for a young and energetic company. I had no idea what was available in Berlin so I sent an inquiry regarding an office space to Skepp. Within an hour Maria, an agent from Skepp, contacted me and from that point on it was a dream like venture to finding the perfect office space! I loved her approach, she did research about us, who we are as a company and then spoke to me about what kind of environment we want to work in. Her focus was not only fitting our tight budget, but also our culture and where we would have an amazing time not just working, but also expanding our network and being surrounded by likeminded people! In less than a day we had 7 viewings scheduled to go on a treasure hunt for a dream office space! It was properly scheduled based on locations, so we would have 10-15 min walk between each location or a 7 min cab ride at best! We saw 5 locations during the first day and settled on a favourite, at which point Maria quickly arranged a contact person from the office space and we got an offer the next day. This was probably the most fun and easy experience, I felt lucky to find Maria and Skepp to help us with this, especially considering that I don't speak German and just recently moved to Berlin. Thank you for your help and excellent service! I would highly recommend Skepp to assist anyone in a search for the right work environment! :)
