Just bought a used truck last week. Was sold an extended warranty for 2 years. Was told it covers everything. Wasn't told about the 100 deductible I have to pay for any warranty call, or the detailed log i now have to keep on any maintenance I may do, with all recipes. Might want to make sure y'all mention this. Lost all my future business.

I don't normally leave reviews on just about anything, BUT I felt this one time is definitely worth it and let me tell you why.. I had been searching for a new truck for several months now when I came across an INCREDIBLE deal on CarGurus, the deal was so good I flew from Dallas to Michigan to save myself over 7k compared to the trucks being sold in my area. My salesman, Doug Lutz, went above and beyond for me. He was very helpful, professional, courteous, patient, understanding, and unlike most salesman I've came across who just see you as a way to make easy money, he actually kept my best interest in mind and helped me with all of my questions. Words cannot describe beyond how grateful I was to have him as my sales person. It's a shame we live over 1000 miles apart or I'd take him out for a few beers lol. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I'd like to I made a new friend bc of it. Doug, if you're reading this, THANK YOU! May God Bless you and anything else life may bring forward.

I usually don’t give reviews but I really felt disrespected. We have been dealing with this dealer for the past 2 years and we gotten 2 cars from here. When we needed a new car we came here and told them the car we want they were 30 more per month from a different dealership and they won’t even trade the truck to a different dealer so I don’t get the car. We really feel disrespectful and we will never get another car from here or service it from them. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere as they don’t appreciate it.
