I recently used this company with my house move. I informed them on booking the appointment that it would be a full flat removal. Firstly they arrived 2 hours after the agreed time. Then tried saying they had priced the job wrong as carpets needed lifting. On arrival to my new flat when unloading they said they just realised they had left my cooker behind. Then said it would cost me a further 2 hour labour plus 50 on top for diesel to get this returned to me. I have since also found damage to my coffee table leg that was not there before the move. I would not recommend using this company.
This company have just done a flat removal from Efford (Plymouth) to Cullompton for a close friend of mine and was instructed as a 'whole flat clearance' removal job. They accidentally left behind her cooker and when challenged on this when unloading at her new home she was told by them that to recover the cooker and re deliver it there would be a further charge of 150 for 2 hours work and an additional 50 fuel diesel charge (for 55 miles!). This would be on top of the agreed payment already taken for the move, despite the cooker clearly being left unplugged and left in error by the removal team and of no fault of her own. Over one week later have had no communication despite being requested to be resolved, which is totally unacceptable for a reputable company to operate in this manner. The lady has been left with no cooker for well over a week now, which has obviously caused her anxiety & distress. To date she is still waiting for a response to rectify this situation without paying these excessive and unfair charges.
Great service at a very affordable price! We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!
