They've done very good job to repair the important support poles of my front porch. They worked very efficiently. It's nice to see it done within few hours, so we could move on to the next step. And the communication went very smooth.

I was please with the job that was done. We had railing put up on our doorway stairs. Although the contractor indicated they were very busy they did understand the urgency for our request and got it very quickly. They also did a great job. The installer was kind, professional and quick.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. The so called \Project Coordinator\ Ali Athme yelled at me and hanged the phone on me twice only because I had a problem receiving an email with an estimate. He also refused to give me the name of his manager, shouted at me again and hanged up the phone. When I texted him saying I would write a bad review about his company he just replied by saying \Take your time\. I contacted this company through Lowes and honestly, I dont know how a company like that can work with such unkind and unprofessional people. Why would I give my money to someone unwilling to provide the good customer service that clients deserve? I just came back from Lowes to complain about this contractor and they told me that this is not the first time that someone complains about them and that they will review their agreement. I was definitively happy to know this.
