Awesome company, fixed one dead computer, stripped all the garbage off the new one. And on top of that replace a battery in our tablet. everything still works well, and we will be using them from now on. excellent onsite manners too!

This company is the best that I have found for computer repair. Imram was very professional and service was very quick. They totally understand the importance of having your computer for business purposes and respond as soon as they can to get you up and running. If I were to rate this company on a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 20 and as for Imram himself I would give a 30. I am so glad to finally find a computer repair shop that does really know what they are doing and that do not just think that they know. I would recommend Imram and I have recommended him to others.
Super fast turnaround from diagnosing my issue with a broken monitor to having it back fixed and in perfect working order again ....1 day !!! Amazing service, will definately use their services again and highly recommend.
Approximately 10 days ago I had brought my laptop in to have malware removed.which I'd accidentally picked up on Facebook & which had frozen everything, Mo was extremely thorough & fast, even cleaning up programs my last tech provider had failed to remove. He then kindly dropped my laptop back to me at my home on the Friday after hrs, when my disability flared so badly I was unable to drive back to his shop to pick it up myself. Then yesterday, after I'd been receiving multiple calls from 'Live Technicians' (who say they are Google support) saying that I'd paid for a 3yr contract allowing them to service my laptop the one & only time I'd used them previously to repair a gmail issue & that a hacker had been using my gmail address to send out several hundred spam emails with virus attachments & that only they could fix the problem for me. Suspicious of what they were saying, I called Simplistic Technologies to verify all malware had been removed & if this new issue was related & was told that Mo would call me back, which he did. After explaining the issue, Mo stopped by after his regular work day had finished to recheck my laptop (no charge), verify that it was clean & that what Live Technicians was telling me was a lie. He even tried to call them back on my behalf (they did not answer), helped me re-establish some newer passwords & added a direct security precaution from Google incase of any future issues. He was courteous, very professional, quick & kind, he explains everything very clearly (without hard to understand 'techno-talk') & is a real pleasure to deal with. I most certainly will trust him & Simplistic Computer Service with any & all of my future technical issues. i would highly recommend his service to anyone with any type of computer issue.
