I went to Simcoe VW for a second opinion on some repairs. The service team were able to schedule my appointment in last minute and they were very understanding when I was running a few minutes behind. Once I arrived at the dealership, every staff member I encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make conversation with me. The service manager Cameron even set me up in a private office to wait for my car to be diagnosed. They were able to confirm the suggested work for my car and even offered to repair it same day (which was great news for me as I drove in from Kitchener and it would save me a trip back). The shop foreman, Matt, completed the repairs quickly, and afterwards, explained what was done to my car. At the end of my service, I was pleasantly surprised when the total for my invoice was less than half of what another VW dealership had quoted me. I will definitely return to Simcoe VW for future service & parts needs. Thank you Cameron, Matt and the staff at Simcoe VW for an exceptional experience.

Best experience as a first time new car buyer! Definitely worth the drive through norfolk for services and purchasing a new/used car. Little wait time for a tire change and best coffee machine in the lounge! Thanks to Melissa in financing and owner Sean for all the help making the experience stress-free and easy.
Went there on Friday to look into getting a car. Got one by Wednesday the next week. Dealt with Mahmoud, great guy and works quickly to get you what you want. Will always recommend him and the VW Simcoe team to my friends and family!
Great service as always. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I recently had a window wiper issue, I called and Cameron the service manager told me to come in. He personally came outside and replaced both wipers and sent me on my way. Small dealership amazing service. Steve Dyer
