I’ve used NEA three times now and I’ve spent near on 600 there including 3 so called diagnostics and a bill for injector seals that I was convinced that this was the diagnosis and would cure the issue of poor starting and fuel economy?? But it didn’t so that’s 450 gone there with a shrug, then went back to allow another go and another diagnostic charged 60 But no diagnosis. Just been today 16.11.20 and charged another 60 and to be told that to DIAGNOSE further another 2 hrs had to be spent on it to be more accurate on a diagnosis?? I’m still none the wiser why I’ve paid 60 for a diagnosis I no nothing about and as a builder, that if I took a look at someone’s house and said I’ll have a look and charge 60 for a look I’d just look and not do ?? Or at least the experience I have in my field I can confidently commit to a diagnosis. Not happy NEA. 3 times given Benefit of doubt 3 times disappointed
