Placed an order through the website, tracking assistant showed the food as delivered when it hadn’t been. Contacted the shop who were very helpful and told delivery had left 5 mins earlier. 25 minutes later and still no food. Shame that the delivery service was poor, driver was lovely and the food was nice (when it finally arrived)

I ordered my children a meal, my children asked for a large popcorn chicken and chips with a drink each. Rang signor pepper to place the order, I asked if the chicken came with chips and she seamed unsure! So I asked her directly do the come with chips or not, she said they definitely do! Order came in a timely manner! But no chips! Rang them and her response was they would send them over ASAP. A few seconds later they rang me back to tell me they don't actually come with chips, they can send them at a cost of three pounds! I said im not happy to pay for someone's mistake! So they said i would have to pay delivery, i said leave it! As far as im concerned the meal is already spoiled. I would have happily paid the two or three pounds in the first instance! Not happy to pay for someone's mistake! Treat dinner ruined! We ordered a few weeks back and the pizza was stone cold, rang them up and complained the pizza was cold, fresh hot pizza delivered back to us no problem and in a timely manner. It makes no sense we'll more then likely be taking our custom to one of the competitors! If zero stars was an option it would be zero from me!

Brought some Belgium waffles and they forgot the sauce , rang them back up and didn’t offer me any fresh ones , just said “will bring you out the sauce sorry” hour later no sauce , rang them back up asked for a refund , they offered me 30p when the waffles are 3 , the manger wouldn't talk to me , after a 5 minute conversation they offended me the money , when the lad turned up he asked for the waffles back , and would only refund me if I returned them , I threw them in the by this time it was well into 2 hours , been going here for over 15 years , will not be ordering anymore food from the establishment.
