Great place for everything countryside related and also lots more like workwear and car cleaning products. Would be great to see some sort of local produce here like eggs or local cheese / meat etc

Very disappointing! I traveled from Shrewsbury to sell a gun and the tall guy with the dark hair that deals with the guns decided to make me a ridiculously low offer. I mentioned that we were looking to invest in a shot gun cabinet (not that day) and he sent us down the shop to look at his ridiculously over priced cabinets, he then came down to us and tried to give us the “hard sell” on them. I was trying to be polite as I didn’t want to offend him and said “ok thanks, we will have a think about it” he then replied in a very rude manner “ok well I will have a think about buying your gun then” I would like to point out that the purchase of my gun was never dependent on me buying one of his over priced cabinets! He was extremely arrogant and very rude! I will never return to this shop again and never point anyone in their direction as I have been doing for years. He then passed me my gun and walked off without even so much as a thank you or goodbye! This guy needs to take his head out of his @## and learn some customer service skills as let’s be honest without the customers he would be an unemployed rude and arrogant retail worker. P.S found the exact same cabinet online for half the price of theirs! I always like to support local businesses but when your treated like dirt by the employees then they deserve to go out of business.
