Owner is extremely rude and not helpful at all when you ask questions. Makes you feel like you’re bothering him instead of welcoming to his hole in the wall gun shop. I get the impression it’s more like it’s a regular customers only place. Canceled my ffl transfer and sent it to another gun shop with much friendlier and helpful people. Plus this shop barely has any useful accessories anyway. Two strikes was enough for me. I bought my first gun from them and it’ll be my last from them.

Paid for 10 box's of ammo when I got home I realized I was only given 9. Called the following day and was basically told there's nothing showing that I was missing a box. Poor customer service. People were nice when I was there in person.

If you are young and black don't even bother. I was told that I can't trade in my weapon because \we don't know what you could have done with it\ I didn't think that it was prejudice. I just assumed that it was a precaution and they don't accept trade-ins from anyone. I then look at the reviews and notice that white people are allowed to trade their weapons in with no problem. They have absolutely no suspicion at all about a white person using the weapon for the wrong reasons, but when a young black man wants to do the same, your firearm is treated like a murder weapon
