Overall I've had good service with Shoreline in the past. Recently had an appointment with Shoreline that I have been waiting 3 weeks for (which I understood due to everything going on recently). Service person no showed and when I called to find out what happened, was told that the service person had knocked and rang the doorbell (which never happened). Asked when I could get someone back out and was told 3 more weeks. Edit: Waiting to see if they're going to fix this, but apparently they went to our OLD address, even though the service manager swore it was our new address. Edit2: We're all human and make mistakes. Service manager and I spoke again and have rescheduled a reasonable revisit time. Will update review again after actual visit.
Phone company cut through some sprinkling lines when they were running theirs and I didn't notice until puddles and sink holes started forming in my side yard (usually run the sprinklers very early, before we're up). Called up Shoreline and they were able to come out super quick and fix everything. Reasonably priced (cheaper than I thought it would be, actually) and a delight to work with!
Repaired my mothers underground system several years ago. After a week of nightmarish incompetence, they finally left. She had to call her own plumber to make the system work properly after they dug up her yard and charged her way too much. She also suspected the lead guy was drinking on the job. Fast forward to this year, when I started up her system, one zone had low pressure. She called her plumber again. He located and dug up the leak and found an iron fitting had rusted. This is a fitting Shoreline installed. I have never heard of anyone installing iron fittings in underground sprinkler systems.
