Sherwin Williams has the best customer service! Today I was helped by Keith. The store was a little busy and he hustled to help everyone while keeping a very calm and cheerful demeanor. I witnessed and experienced such wonderful customer service. Regardless of how many customers were in the store, Keith gave his full attention and time to each of us when it was our turn. Quality products and quality employees!

I love my Sherwin-Williams store. The salespersons are always helpful and friendly. Even though I am not a professional painter I am treated with courtesy and respect. The product is excellent and I spend less money on tape, paper and drop clothes because the paint goes on better than other products I've used. The coverage is good and I don't prime when switching between colors anymore. The store I go to is also VERY clean.
