Company not replying to messages from clients. Also trying to automatically close service tickets that are open without reason. Sending automatic e-mail that they are actively working on my case, what is lie. My case is simple story. Xsolla actively working on making invoice a week?

I just had a conversation with Jim in customer support. He wasn't very supportive and couldn't or wouldn't answer several questions that I had about billing. He wanted me to clarify questions that were pretty straight forward. Apparently Xsolla does not want anyone to know the phone number for corporate to express concerns about issues/shortfalls experienced with their billing protocol. Apparently a lot of people have experienced the same problem if you go to the forum sections of particular game platform I want and that they are responsible for accepting billing. I guess snail mail it is unless someone has a contact number for this organization. Having a lack of transparency to end users in 2020 is a shameful way to do business.
