They were very informative, up front about costs and they didn't try to over sell the issue I had with my needed repair. 2days and the fix was finished and console is working as brand new. I highly recommend this place!

I was having issues with my PS4. I took it to this place and they stated that the issue could have been two things and I would receive a call about any new developments. After a week, I called and asked for the status of the PS4. I was told that only one of the issues had slightly been resolved and the other was still in progress. Again, “I would get a call with anything new”. After two weeks of not getting a call back, I called the store and was told that the issues could not be determined. While also on this call, I asked if there was a PS4 in stock and was told yes and that it would be put on hold for once I got to the store. I got to the store to pick up my “un-repairable” PS4 and was also picking up the PS4 they had in stock, the employee stated that I could not get the PS4 because I “missed the holding limit” on it and a gentleman had called after me to pick it. At this point I had already called and arrived in the store before the other gentleman got there and was still told I could not buy the PS4 because it was “too late”. I think the amount of effort put into the entire situation was unfair and unprofessional. Highly disappointed at the service! Would not recommend!!!

I dropped off my PS4 yesterday with what turned out to be a broken HDMI port and they had it fixed like new early today. 10/10 recommend

This place was amazing prices were decent too. The person working there was really knowledgeable and really friendly. I hit him with a ton of questions and he didn't mind answering any of them. I will definitely be back to our purchase more retro gaming stuff.

Now I know there may be a lot of good reviews on this store but trust me. Don't come here unless you are buying games don't get anything repaired here they don't give you updates or even call you at all. I took my Xbox there a bit ago and it was suppose see you be 200 for the repairs (plus they make you put down 20 for diagnostics) it's been total radio silence the whole time because the repair guy bought parts offline that are supposedly taking more then 3 weeks to come. Very sketchy. I picked up my console and I'll just either get a new board in it or buy a new Xbox. Not worth coming here.
