The service is terrible. I feel like they had a problem with helping me. I had appointment at 09:00 am and they waiting on everybody else before they help me.
Told the nurse that I had just been diagnosed with Prostate cancer and that I needed something to help with my mood being that I was very short tempered. His comment to me was that they do not throw medicine at every little thing and that they would make me a mental health appointment in about three weeks. Had no intentions of hurting myself but what good was an appointment in three weeks when i was asking for help now He honestly said oh well and that was the end of our conversation
I know it’s not all this clinics’ fault, but since they started same day appointments I have been unable to receive care at all. My boss don’t understand I basically have to be on call all day to be seen and they refuse to schedule me. Dissappointing that they would find such a clever way to refuse care to veterans who work and need to be scheduled, which they refuse to do. I just need a scheduled appointment. Now I have had to go to private clinics because they will schedule me, but, it costs me out of pocket... Shameful.
