Reception staff completely rude and go out thier way to do things incorrectly Called about a referral that should of been made.. got told to call hospital myself and make own appointment, infact they hadn't sent my referral after 3 weeks .. Then proceeded to send my referral with my old address and as a general appointment (up to 8 weeks wait) this should of been urgent . Told me that will send it somepoint this morning to which they did eventually but on a old form and no longer current so still no referral.. 2.5 hours of calls to hospital and shanklin.. in the end the hospital called sandown Bay and a decent lady took on my case and has done it all correctly in fact apologised for the improper service I had received.. I will never use them again and have moved our household to a alternative practice.. I recommend anyone able to travel out of shanklin to do the same ..

Most organised and professional doctors surgery I have been registered with. Moved to Shanklin in February and I have no problem getting an appointment with a doctor around my busy work schedule. Also the staff a very helpful and deserve recognition for their hard work.
Terrible service at reception, rude staff and seem to care more about talking to each other than sorting out patients, made an appointment for 2 30, was told on arrival it was a sit and wait I waited for nearly 3 hours before I had to leave! Doctors have 15 mins breaks between patients
Great staff. Amazing doctors. Very efficient and looks after patients.
