Cynthia was amazing! I’ll be honest and say it’s very challenging for me to go to dealership and not feel pressured into buying a vehicle on the spot due to my disabilities, but Cynthia did NOT pressure me at all. She was very patient with me, very compassionate, very kind, and very knowledgeable about the car I bought. Not only that, but the finance person I worked with also made me feel safe, validated, and heard. It’s an experience I’ve never had when buying a car in my life before and I will for sure be back in the future when I need to buy another car. Apple CJDR is the absolute best dealership in the Twin Cities/Suburbs area. Miguel has been an absolute class act, through and through. As most car buyers are, we were worried about feeling “pressure” from the sales team, or worried we would feel like “just another customer”. Miguel never once made us feel pushed or rushed into anything. He was in contact with us before we showed up to our appointment. He asked about our needs in a vehicle, and our specific qualifications so he could have some options ready for us. He was attentive, and hung on to every detail. When we showed up to our appointment he had several options pulled up, warmed up, and ready for us. We test drove 3 Grand Cherokees that were wonderful, but of course, you have to weigh all your options. We thanked Miguel for his help, and over the course of the week, went to 5 other dealerships in the area to check out mid-size SUVs and other Grand Cherokees. None of the other dealerships were anything like Apple CJDR. The others were the typical “slimy” sales experience. We went back to Miguel, who was in contact all week to update on new trade-ins that came in that matched our needs. We came in for a second test drive, as some of the vehicles we like had sold over the week. Yet again, Miguel had every detail we wanted in mind. We didn’t need to remind him. He had our little portfolio memorized. The experience felt truly personal. We found the vehicle that matches every single one of needs. We didn’t have to sacrifice a single detail. It took about a week to prepare the car, as it was a new trade in, and Miguel texted pictures and updates on the car daily! The whole experience at Apple CDJR was above an beyond what we could have imagined. Our future business will always be here because of the service we received! I drove to this dealership for 2 reasons. 1. I went to a location close to my house and was not even greeted in 30 minutes of looking at vehicles. 2. Dan, one of the managers came highly recommended by a friend of mine. My friend contacted Dan who set me up with Frank to get assistance in selecting a vehicle. (Ram 1500 Laramie) When I arrived, both were awaiting to greet me (and I was greeted by about 4 other individuals) and assist. Frank was very thorough and helped get the right vehicle and set everything up.. Start to finish, everyone I dealt with was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Even the least enjoyable part of signing paperwork was made enjoyable by Ramon, who took time to ensure everything was well explained and Crack some jokes. Bret, the manager also stopped in to ensure I was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend the whole team at this location.
