Terrible customer service made me feel stupid. I’m normally very calm however I Had to leave there because I was so angered on how I was spoken too. All I had asked was for a zip and to see different lengths. I wasn’t listened to. I would highly recommend crossing over the moor and going to Atkinsons haberdashery you’ll find what you need and staff clearly value their customers more than this place ... Will never find me here again
Very nice lady. Helped me to find what i needed for my baby blanket!
Service friendly but slow. Decent range of cotton yarns. Loads of acrylic. Hardly any real wool
